I have Quiet Comfort 11 headphones so have the wire into headphone socket and no USB connection so I can't do a software update.
I appreciate that they are old but they still be able to operate. I also know that I should upgrade but at the moment I have other financial obligations.
I've changed the battery and the noise cancelling (green light) does not come on. I've plugged them into a headphone socket and they do work but it is very soft even when the volume is set to full.

We do not have any QuietComfort 11 headphones. Do you mean the QuietComfort 2 headphones?
