Quiet Comfort 15 headphone ear cushions

I purchased the limited edition tan Bose Quiet comfort 15 headphones several years ago now. The tan ear cushions have become damaged/worn. Can i get new ones to replace them? I can only see the black coloured replacement ones on the website.

Re: Quiet Comfort 15 headphone ear cushions

Hi - I have the same problem (see attached photo).  My cushion has become worn and is falling apart.  Mine is standard black though, not a limited edition color.

I would like to keep using my headphones because they work really well, especially on work calls.  Can I get them repaired?26E2DFE4-CF28-4C1F-9504-BB3B2A3F45AD_1_105_c.jpeg

Hi @jcarnero,

I'm glad to hear your headphones continue to serve you well! The good news is we should be able to replace your headphone ear cushions as you only require a standard color. You can find the ear cushions to order on our website HERE, or you're more than welcome to reach out to local support.

To do this, go to Global Contact Page > Select your country > Scroll to the bottom of the page > Click 'Contact Us'. Let me know if you have any questions regarding this!

Re: Quiet Comfort 15 headphone ear cushions

I would also like to replace my ear cushions since after a few years they have started to flake black dandruff everywhere, but the recommended replacement product: https://www.bose.com/en_us/products/headphones/headphone_accessories/quietcomfort-15-ear-cushion-kit...

...has a plurality of 1-star reviews (22 of them!) complaining that the replacements fall apart within months of purchase. This doesn't inspire much confidence.

I would rather poor more up front for a quality product that will last, than having ear pads that are constantly falling apart that will eventually cost more than the original head phones.

It seems that my options are sign up for a an recurring low quality ear pad repurchase plan, or ditch a really great pair of perfectly good headphones and try a different brand.

Does Bose have any interest in trying to retain me and the dozens of other disappointed customers and should I just abandon the brand?
