Quiet Comfort 35 II - Microphone Amplifies Background Noise

While in a call with my headphones, the background noise is amplified. It is almost like it is working as a hearing aid for me and the person who I speaking to. As small distant noise sounds loud on the call.


Is there a way to fix this?

This is certainly not what we would expect from our QC35 II headphones. I'd be happy to offer some troubleshooting for this issue. 


Firstly, have you tried clearing the pairing list from the headphones and your source device? You can do this by sliding to the Bluetooth symbol on the headphones for 10 seconds. Once completed on both devices, pair like a new connection. 


Secondly, try the update. Simply click the LINK HERE on a laptop or PC and follow the on-screen instructions.
