Quiet Comfort 35 II headphones - no sound on laptop running Windows 10

QC 35 II headphones show as paired on my Windows 10 laptop but there is no sound when I play music or videos via bluetooth,  The sound is fine on my Android phone but I really need these for my laptop.  How can I troubleshoot this?  I'm already a little disenchanted with the reports I read here of lackluster support from Bose.  Hoping this is something simple because I am not a computer super user.

View on You Tube - Bose quiet comfort 35 ll clearing Bluetooth memory and connecting to Bluetooth

Try the following:

1. Clear the memory list  of quite comfort 35  of the devices that were saved as shown in the you tube

2. On your PC go to blue tooth, if quite comfort was in the list & paired , removed it and to add it again. The pair it again.
