Quiet Comfort 35 II headphones - no sound on laptop running Windows 10
QC 35 II headphones show as paired on my Windows 10 laptop but there is no sound when I play music or videos via bluetooth, The sound is fine on my Android phone but I really need these for my laptop. How can I troubleshoot this? I'm already a little disenchanted with the reports I read here of lackluster support from Bose. Hoping this is something simple because I am not a computer super user.
