My QC 35 II headphones are just over 12 months old. I have used them only for the last 3 months. They charge fully but loose all charge after using for an hour or so. This problem started progressively from the last month or so. When I contacted service and repair, I was told that they are over the warranty period and I could purchase new ones for a discounted price of $325. Has anyone had this problem? I have been a Bose loyal customer since my days in Singapore back since 1992. I am disappointed and would appreciate if this issue can be resolved without cost to me noting that the headphones are just over 12 months old, i.e. purchased on 4 May 2019. Many thanks.

Sorry to hear that. I'm facing the same problem with my headphones too. A little more than a year since I purchased it though. Mine is the QC 35. Did you manage to fix your problem?
No, I was hoping to get some feedback from Bose Management but nothing so far.... it is frustrating after spending so much on premium Headphones.
