Are these headphones Bluetooth LE compatible - if not when?

Here is a link about Bluetooth LE

Hello shamrockoz,

Thanks for posting!

The QC35 II wireless headphones already support Bluetooth Low Energy.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Re: QuietComfort 35 wireless headphones II

Thanks Charlotte,

A follow-up - so I assume LE Bluetooth firmware has already been updated?

Going forward tho - if further updates occur - how I would I update the HeadSet's firmware?

Regards,

Steve

Re: QuietComfort 35 wireless headphones II

Hello shamrockoz,

Thank you for posting and reaching back out to us today!

Yes, the headset will come with Bluetooth LE installed. In regards to updating the headset, you have two different methods for this.

Firstly, you can update the headset via the Bose Connect app, by connecting your headset to a mobile device and opening the application. Once the app is open and an update is available you will see a black circle with a white arrow on the product image prompting you to update the headphones.

The other method is connecting the QC35 II's to a PC via the USB charging cable, then visiting our online updater and following the on-screen instructions.

If you have any other questions, please do let us know.

Kind regards,

Hector B

Re: QuietComfort 35 wireless headphones II

Thanks for the expeditious reply - very helpful.

Something for your w/site team ... I do see that I cannot login via the "Brave Browser" - which is an offshoot of Chrome. I prefer Brave as it has native ad-blocking.

When trying to login into the support forum via Brave - I am just greeted with a white screen - and I cannot log in. I can via Chrome.

The link in question (when I click on login ) is this.
