I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble getting audio through your headphones!
Have you tried connecting the headphones to any other devices, or have you just tried them with the computer and monitor so far? If possible try connecting them to another audio device, that way you can tell for certain if the issue is from your computer or the headphones themselves not producing audio.
One thing to have a look at is there is an attenuation switch on the headphones that can lower the volume coming through them. Try changing where this is set and see if this lets you hear the computer.
To do this, what you will want to do is:
- Power off your headphones
- Disconnect the cable from the headphones
- On the cable connector for the earcup, set the Hi/Lo switch to Hi or Lo
- Reconnect the cable to the headphones.
