Quietcomfort 35 II Call Interruption from Incoming While Already on Call

When I am already on a call and a new call comes in, my Quietcomfort 35 II headphones read the incoming number to me and completely override my current call. I'm not seemingly able to silence this so I can keep hearing the call I was already on. I had other headphones that allow me to silence or that don't read the incoming number, so I know it's not a phone specific issue (I'm on a Pixel 4XL, though).

 

I'd love to use the headphones for work where I make a lot of calls, but this distraction where I lose contact with the current call keeps me from that. 

 

Any thoughts are appreciated!

I'm sorry to hear of this inconvenience you are experiencing. 

 

I would recommend removing the voice prompts and seeing if this helps? You can do this in the Bose Connect application.
