I bought my bose quietcomfort 35 II a couple days ago and just opened the box today. I put them on and set them up, but when i started walking around i noticed a rattling noise in the left earpiece. The noise would also appear if i shook my head. I can also only hear the noise when i have my headphones on, and it kinda sounds like something is rolling around. I pealed back the foam separator inside the earmuff but didn’t find anything. i was wondering what i should do and if i was able to return it and get a new one or if there’s a simple fix. (i bought them at target if that makes a difference)
Thank you for reaching out via the Bose Community. Welcome to the site.
I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with rattling sounds in your QC35 II headphones. As the rattle sounds like it may be a physical issue with the headphones and you cannot see where the rattle originates, I would recommend reaching out to either the point of sale or to Bose support direct to discuss an exchange. Details for local support can be found here.

I am having the same sort of issue with my QC 35 ii purchased in 1st week of January.
currently having the issue (rattling sound) in my right ear-cup when i walk or shake my head it seems like there is some loose part in the right cup of my headphones!
Also while walking my way back home and listening to some podcast it gets really irritating after a point but surprisingly music playback is okay.
bought these from bose.com and i am currently in India hope you could help me with that!
