Replacement

I’d like specific instructions for returning my 700 headphones for a replacement. 
Do I send back the headphones, regular case and cables? Or the headphones only?

The replacement pair will likely have the same issue whatever is. I had 4 pairs within 2 months. All with the same problems, some of them straight out of the box. I returned them in the end. 
We can clearly say, this is probably the worst product of Bose. Sadly they don’t even care with the customers who bought their most expensive ANC flagship. Most common problems are being reported since last year June but Bose have never addressed any of those issues. Always the same robotic useless answers and no actual solution.

Well that’s sad. I had really high hopes. Do you have a suggestion for a better product if my replacement doesn’t work?
