I purchased these headphones a couple of months ago and suddenly the right ear no longer works. Sometimes when I tilt my head at a certain angle it makes weird scratching sounds. How do I fix this?

Turns out I made a mistake... They are not soundlink headphones, but are actually the Quiet comfort 25 acoustic noise cancelling headphones. I tried all the tips on the site and the right ear still does not work... Is there anything else I can do to fix these?
