Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce
Right ear stop working, first wasn’t connecting the Bluetooth, then stop turning on.
left side is blinking white light
when connected to the charger it shows are charging and then shows white light when open the case
What environment do you experience the issue in? (e.g. noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)
When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously? A week ago. I don’t use them since a year ago. I left them in my backpack and forgot I had them
Any troubleshooting steps you took
I already tried:
-unpair them but does not turn on so doesn’t recognize them
-charge them from the wall and un plug after a minute
-press the Bluetooth button for 10 sec
and doesn’t work
-update the software thru btu.Bose.com it did well until 100% but still not turning on
