Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce

Right ear stop working, first wasn’t connecting the Bluetooth, then stop turning on.

left side is blinking white light

when connected to the charger it shows are charging and then shows white light when open the case

What environment do you experience the issue in? (e.g. noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)

When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously? A week ago. I don’t use them since a year ago. I left them in my backpack and forgot I had them

Any troubleshooting steps you took

I already tried:

-unpair them but does not turn on so doesn’t recognize them

-charge them from the wall and un plug after a minute

-press the Bluetooth button for 10 sec

and doesn’t work

-update the software thru btu.Bose.com it did well until 100% but still not turning on

I appreciate you trying a range of troubleshooting that I would've recommended, as it helps narrow down the source of the issue. A product reset is key, and also clearing the pairing history of the buds (holding the Bluetooth button for ten seconds) and your phone will help. In regards to updating the firmware, are you saying the BTU site made it to 100%, but never fully completed? Or, the update completed but the right bud is still not turning on?
