SOUNDLINK BOSE AROUND-EAR WIRELESS HEADPHONES II.......OUT OF SYNC WITH TV

Please help. My headphones are not in sync with my smart tv. I have turned off every other bluetooth device within range, no issues connecting, but the audio on the tv does not coincide with what I hear. What can I do?

Thank you

Hi Aussinna,

Thanks for reaching out.

What you are experiencing is normal. This is due to the Bluetooth processing on your headphones. You do not experience this when just using your headphones for audio, however when referencing towards video you are likely to see a delay.

I would recommend using a cabled connection, this will remove this delay.

Do let us know if you have any further questions.
