Bose product name: 700 headphone

Country: USA

Firmware Version: Latest

What devices were you using that were affected and what version are they on (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S9 on Android 11, iPhone X on iOS14, etc.): Samsung TV

Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce

Before the firmware update, I was able to connect it to my Samsung TV and had sound. After the firmware update, although the TV shows that it is connected to the 700 and the 700 is selected as the sound output, there is no sound from the headphone even I increased the volumn to max. What shall I do?

Hey boss2boss,

Thank you for your post!

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue with the audio when connecting the NC700 to your TV. I'll be more than happy to help you!

I would recommend that you try clearing the pairing list on the headphone. I would then suggest that you delete the pairing on your TV. Once complete, connect again like a new connection.

Let me know how it goes!
