Self Voice on the NC700 when paired with windows laptop is not working

I am having an issue hearing myself when connected to laptop and using Zoom. 

 

- I am on latest firmware update (1.3.1-2028+de77ce1)

- I have Self voice set to High.

- When I make a call on my paired iphone, it works great.

-- However,

When I am connected to my laptop and on a Zoom call, it is not wokring...it is paired with Windows 10/MS surface laptop. 

 

is it supposed to work? (ie: hear myself)...

if so, why is it not working for me?

I haven't been able to get my self voice to work at all. If anyone has ideas, please post.

Hi All,

 

Thanks for posting and joining the discussion! 

 

When using your headphones with a computer, Self-voice is only active when the microphone is in use for a call. If you have your headphones connected, but are using your computers internal mic, or another mic to talk, then self-voice will not be active. I'd recommend checking the audio settings for your call software on the computer, to make sure the headphones microphone is being used.
