A few months after my warranty (1yr) expired, the right ear of my Bose Q35 Bose headphones completely stopped working. These are more than I would usually spend on headphones, so it is frustrating when they break despite my being extremely careful in their handling and use. They were working last night, left on a desk overnight, then not working this morning.
Bose offers no repair options, and only offers you a mild discount to buy a new pair. I would advise those thinking of purchasing these to take their money elsewhere - ideally somewhere that has a decent repair policy and stand behind their products.
Prior to this I was a total Bose advocate. But until they fix this policy they have lost me as a customer.
