Hi there, my friend!
Welcome to the community. That's an excellent question, I want to point you towards this thread that we have here where we have explained our products compatibility with different gaming consoles. I hope this helps!
Thanks for posting and have a wonderful day!

Good day, colleagues.
I am planning to buying a QC35 II, however I have a doubt regarding the Model, Android or Apple.
I have an iPhone and would likely use the headphones just wirelessly with it, however I would like to use the headphones also in my PS4. I’ve read in another tread of this community that it should work, only wired, however “the Apple version” would not work. In this case, do I need to buy an Android version, even though my main use is listening to music on my iPhone, or I can simply buy some cables to connect the headphone in my PS4 controller?
Welcome to the community! Delighted to hear you are looking into the QC 35 Series II headset. Also to clarify, the headset is compatible with both Android and Apple devices but this is a great question, and I can definitely help.
As you probably came across your research, none of our headsets work wirelessly with gaming consoles (tested with PS4, Xbox). A wired connection might be your best bet. All you have to do is purchase a QC25 Android communication cable and plug it into your PS4 controller, and this should work for both game and chat audio. Here is a link to the cable I am talking about - QC 25 Android cable.
Here is a thread that you might find helpful:QC35 and Game Console Compatibility
Hope this helps!
Let me know how everything goes.
Many thanks for prompt reply. So the cables that comes with the product already won't support connection with my PS4 controler? If not, would that any other generic cable work with it?
As far as I can see in amazon website it comes with a wire:
Hi @ernesto.polimeni, excellent follow-up question. This is a standard backup for audio only cable for when you do not need to be wireless or to use your headset while you charge it. The QC 25 Android cable will work best because it also comes with a built-in microphone for communication.
Hope that helped! Let me know if there is anything else.
Have a great one,
i have received the QC35 as a gift for xmas . they work great and i am very satisfied with the product.
However they do not seem to work with my ps4. i followed your thread and looked for solutions online but the problem remains : i can connect the audio but not the microphone. So i am able to hear my friends but cannot chat with them.
i have the original ps4 not the new versions but i do not think this is the cause of the problem.
If you have any solutions please help me
Welcome to the community! Thanks for dropping by and yes we would be glad to help you! Can you clarify one thing for me? Were you able to use the QC 25 Android communications cable?
Let me know when you get the chance!
Thank you so much for getting back to us with that information. Apologies on the confusion! To clarify, you actually can use the Samsung QC25 cable with the QC35s which some users have reported greater success while using that cable for gaming purposes. You can find them here. We'd recommend giving that one a try. Let us know if you do? We'd love to hear back about how it goes.
Feel free to check out our gaming compatibility guide here.
I hope that you're having a wonderful day and please take care,
