White noise in the background problem on Hands-Free mode. (While the microphone is open)

I want to use both the "Stereo" listening and "Hands Free AG" speaking/microphone options at the same time.

When on "hands free ag"  and I turn on my microphone, or open an app that uses microphone, there is a white noise in the background, and the quality is **bleep**. 

If I am not able to use both features at the same time, is there any possibility to cancel the white noise when the microphone is on?

Wow, I did a check, and indeed, there is a massive white noise in hand free mode when no one is talking (NC700)

This sucks and is quite disturbing for meeting concentration (e.g. when studying a document during a phone conference)
