I'm sorry to hear of the difficulty you are experiencing. I'll do all I can to assist you!
I've had a look at the owner's manual for the Yamaha CRX-N470D and it looks as if the Bluetooth on this system is a receiver. The QC35's are also a receiver and you need a transmitter and a receiver to make a stable Bluetooth connection.
The only way to be completely sure would be to contact Yamaha directly.
