Re: bose QC 35 ii - not connecting with any device (laptop, iphone 10, bluetooth tv transmitter)

Just providing some background of issue

headphones were connected to laptop and iphone 10 before and working fine.

I bought mpow tv bluetooth transmitter and tried to connect them to heaphones. To do that , I will have to remove one of old device from bose connect app. I did clean both the device which were connected before from app. It did pair with mpow transmitter but couldn't connect to it. After that it couldn't connect to either laptop or iphone 10 and also bose connect is not able to pick it.

any help is appreciated here.

Thanks

Sukh

Re: bose QC 35 ii - not connecting with any device (laptop, iphone 10, bluetooth tv transmitter)

Thanks for posting.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues pairing your headphones with your devices. You did the right thing by trying to clear devices on both the headphones and the device they were previously paired with. Did you clear the list by using Bose Connect? Or did you try clearing the list by holding the power switch on the headphones over to Bluetooth for around 10 seconds? If you haven't tried the latter, please give this a try.

You may also want to update the firmware of the headphones. As this wasn't noted in your first post, it's possible an update may be required. The fastest way to update the headphones is to visit this link on a computer.

Should the problem persist, please contact Bose support in your region to seek service.

Thanks!

Re: bose QC 35 ii - not connecting with any device (laptop, iphone 10, bluetooth tv transmitter)

At first, I cleared the list from bose connect app and there after problem has started that it stopped pairing with iphone and laptop.

I think it is stuck still connecting old device which is switched off and not in use and not passing it. That was the reason i was trying to clear its cache by holding the power button towards right for some time but unfortunately couldn't hear any sound of clearing devices nor it has cleared the old device.

I have also updated the firmware using bose updater but no luck

Re: bose QC 35 ii - not connecting with any device (laptop, iphone 10, bluetooth tv transmitter)

Hi All,

Thank you for posting this issue and for the replies on this matter.

I have got the same issue with QC 35 II,

- I can not get the headphones connected to new devices,

- I have disconnected the headphone from my computer and I can't get it connected again.

- Connection to the Bose connection App that I was previously using is not  possible anymore.

- Clean memory from the Power/Bluetooth button is not working.

- if you pull the power button to activate the Bluetooth and make headphone visible it is not working, the blue light those not come one.

- The Volume bottom seems to activate and make the headphone visible, If you press one of the volume bottom the blue light comes one and star to connect with oldest devices but not been founded by newest devices.

I leave in Mozambique, and it looks tike suport for bose here.

have guys have any idea how to solve this issue?

regards,

Teles,
