Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce

when I use multipoint, noises happens in evert 15 seconds ~ 1 minute.

What environment do you experience the issue in?

When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?

I think it worked correctly when I purchased it. (a year and three months ago)

Any troubleshooting steps you took

I erased nc700 from my bluetooth device and reconnected again, but the same issu happened.

I tested multipoint with different devices but the same issue happened.

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community! Sorry to hear that you have had this experience with your headset. 

Could you please let us know a little more about the sound that you hear? I'd also like you to confirm that this only happens when connected to more than one device? 

Let's start with performing a reset on the headset by following these steps below: 

• Disconnect all cables from your headphones
• Connect the larger end of the USB charging cable to a wall charger or a computer that is powered on
• On the headphones, press and hold the Power/Bluetooth button while connecting the smaller end of the USB cable to the right earcup. The Power LED should quickly blink twice
• Once connected, release the Power/Bluetooth button after two seconds.

Hi again and thanks for your rapid reply.

I did what you recommended but there are still regular noises.. When I disconnect one device and connect only one device, noises are gone.

I strongly believe that it’s not a hardware issue but a software problem.. does bose have a plan on releasing a new FW for fixing multipoint problem?

Let me explain more about the multipoint issue.

statics happen when;

-. I connect iphoneXR and ipad10.5 and listen to music with my ipad10.5

-. I connect iphoneXR and iphone12 pro and listen to music with my iphone12 pro.

statics dont happen when;

-. I connect iphoneXR and ipad10.5 and listen to music with my iphoneXR.

-. I connect iphoneXR and iphone12 pro and listen to music with my iphoneXR.

-. I connect only one device and listen to music with this one device.

it seems like the first device has no issue, but the second device issues..
