newsletter from Bose official website (QC 35 II)

I've been receiving Bose newsletter since last week. I found it is a joke. You decided to turn your deaf ears on from all the complaints and yet keep on advertised the faulty QC35 II.

 

What we want is the previous firmware so we can enjoy our lovely and quality headphones. At least you still can keep your faithful customers and not disappointed them.  Not pushing them to 700 after they purchase QC35 II. 

 

I seriously can't find any help from you guys by writing a few posts and complained to the outlet. Extremely disappointed with what you guys have done to us.
