Hi Dwermer.

Welcome to the Community! Thank you for your post.

With regard to your question, can you try it with other sources? If this is happening in all other sources that you have tried, can you try resetting your headphones. Reboot the source as well.

To reset your product:

  1. Power off your product
  2. Wait 30 seconds
  3. Connect your product to a wall outlet using a USB charger
  4. Wait five seconds
  5. Disconnect the USB cable from the headset
  6. Wait one minute
  7. Power on your product.

Re: switching between bluetooth and wired sound

Hi Marvin

It seems to be switching between bluetooth/mobile and wired headset ie to use with computer and back again. Before, no sound would come out thru headphones, when I connected the audio lead to headphones, even though, I had powered off the headset

Fingers crossed, it will continue to work as it should. I just got the new QC 35 II today

thanks for your advice
