A20 Delivery Problem

Hi, 

I have ordered an A20 headset on the bose.com on 21.10.2019. Order number: [moderated by moderator]. On the website, it says “Free 2-day shipping for orders of $50 or more, and free return shipping.” However, it is the 30th of October and in my orders page it still says “in process” 

How long do I need to wait for getting my headset?
