I ordered a A20 headset one month ago (22nd of October) and they have not been even shipped. All my flights have been cancelled since then.
I called the help line and they always say that I should receive the headset "this week" but that was 2 weeks ago.
I also tried to cancel my order to order it on Amazon because they have it in stock, but Bose refuses to cancel it even if they have not shipped my order.
Did someone experienced this kind of delay in the past? Any suggestions?

I'm having the same issue with my ProFlight Series 2 Aviation Headset order. Ordered on December 14th and still haven't seen them yet.

I’m in the same position as the OP and the other reply.
it took a phone call after two weeks to get a confirmation email, great I thought. The tracking number is not recognised by the courier company.
the only way to contact bose is on here or to phone!!!
The “track my order” tab only brings up another order page!
would have thought a communications device company would be better at communication.
