A20 won’t stay on

I have a Bose a20 with Bluetooth that I’ve had for about 3 years. In a recent flight the noise canceling turned off but I thought it was just the batteries. However, I have now tried two sets of batteries and when I turn it on I get the green light for less than a second then it turns off and I hear a pop in the speakers. If I press and hold the green light then I can hear the noise canceling turn on,  it then it turns off with a pop after about 5 seconds!

I tried turning off auto-power off and it worked fine (except now I have to remember to turn the power off)

Re: A20 won’t stay on

Hey there Eepgmik,

Thank you for reaching out to us in the Community! Welcome!

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you are experiencing with your A20 and will do all I can to help!

Can you tell me if the other features of the headphones are working as expected?

Can you also tell me if you experience the same issue on different aircraft?

I look forward to hearing from you!
