I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing some issues with the Bluetooth connection on your A20 headphones. I will be more than happy to help you!
Can you tell me if when you cleared the Bluetooth pairing list on the headphones, you also cleared the pairing on your source device? If you have not, I would recommend doing this to create a brand new connection.
I would also recommend trying a different source device to see if the issue is specific to this source device or is always present.
