So I go to their posted number and text BOSE and once i got sort of an automated menu which then left me on perpetual hold, which i gave up on after 24 hours.
Now I don't even get the automated message just no reply at all.
Is there some way anyone knows to actually contact a living human being at BOSE who can answer questions that don't fit in 100 characters and cost $245 to repair, such as "Is there a manual anywhere for my older headset?"
I'd give the model year here in case anyone out there has one, but I don't know the model year. I do know the serial number but entering that only'finds' that it's an A20 which i knew already, i just need to know what YEAR A20 it is. it's never been used and when i do what i think turns on bluetooth ( guessingn slightly and encouraged by blinking blue light ) neither my iphone nor my laptop can see the device -- so EITHER it's broken , OR I'm using it wrong, OR its so old the bluetooth frequencies have changed, and I can't tell which without additional guidance.
