My headphones (Alto Aviation - Acoustic noise cancelling headphones ) are about 2 years old and have only been used 3-4 times. The green light will not on. I have tried several new batteries, have cleaned the inside of dust with a hairdryer and applied alcohol with QTips to the battery contacts. The green light does not go on. If connected to music on a computer, there is a very minimal sound coming out of the headphones, but there is some sound. Help, please!
