Headphone jack splitting?

Hey everybody, I just purchased a pair of A20's back in december. I only have about 30 hours in these things and the tip of the jack is already bent and splitting off. I am so careful with these headphones, when they are not being used they are straight back in the bag. This seems to me like something BOSE would cover to repair?
