Headset broken

I was issued a pair of A20 headsets. While deployed my headsets totally died. I cannot transmit nor receive anything. There was a loud pop and everything was gone after that. I have tried calling customer service but nobody has answered after an hour on hold. Hopefully a rep can see this and guide me where I can get proper service.

Sorry to hear that you are having power and connection issues with your headset. I would love to help. Have you tested the headset in another aircraft? Or alternatively, have you tested another headset in the same aircraft to ensure it works? I would also recommend checking the switches are set correctly on the headset using the steps here.
