While climbing out, generally between 13-18000ft if I move my mic I hear a loud (painful) pop, and the noise canceling quits in my Proflight V1's. I have to turn the headset off and back on to get it working. I've tried re plugging in the mic/cable assembly but nothing helps.
Did I get a bad headset?
Is there anything I could do to fix it?
We are generally climbing out at a good rate could it be pressurization, but I've never had problems in my other 2 bose over ear headsets in the same a/c?
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Bose Community!
I'm sorry to hear of the popping noise in your Pro Flight earphones. I'll do my best to point you in the right direction.
This is certainly an interesting issue and not one that I've heard of. For the most accurate information, I would recommend reaching out to our aviation team. Click the LINK HERE, select your country and scroll down to 'Contact Us'. One of the team will be more than happy to assist you!
I hope this helps! If there is anything else we can do, please reach out again!

I am experiencing the same symptoms as the OP. Very loud popping sound when I move the microphone on the headset. I cannot use the headset if it continues to do this so I need it fixed quickly. Is it possible to exchange it in store for a new one? I really need a quick solution. Thanks very much.
