when i am trying to register my product to system, the system always denies my product code, and says that item cant be found. But i registered my bluetooth. I can not send any emails to support or cant find any agent to talk. Does anyone know how can i do to complete my product registeration ?

Just to clarify, where have we been trying to register the headset? Which system are we trying to add the information to?
To find support via phone or email you should be able to use THIS LINK to find the correct contact information for your area. You just need to select your country/region and then the 'Contact Us' option at the bottom of the page.
