Bose Frames not charging

Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce

My Bose Frames were working perfectly yesterday but now fail to charge despite using a variety of charging units including the iMac and my partners USB [she has a pair of frames too which are functioning perfectly]

What environment do you experience the issue in? (e.g. noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)


When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?

Thank you for taking the time to post and welcome to the Bose Community. I'm sorry to learn you're having an issue charging your Bose Frames, but I'd be happy to assist.


I appreciate you taking the time to try other devices, as this would help narrow down the cause of the issue. Do you notice any damage to the charging cable which may be causing this issue?
