My frame hinges part broke and its a removable part. two temples are fine and why the service center is not replacing the front part as i am ready to pay

I just had the same issue. I keep them in the case when not in use and have not dropped them or done anything damaging. I noticed them slipping off my face so I inspected the hinges and noticed the leg is cracked on both sides slightly and the hinge is very loose. I believe after research this is a defect in the product and parts should be replaced or a total product replacement.

Has anyone had any luck with this. I have had the exact same thing happen. Took them to JB Hifi to get sent off to Bose and told me they cant do anything to contact BOSE. Basically got a $300 pair of glasses that i cant use. Have tried looking into contacting Bose but cant find any info on their website on how to contact a human.

I broke a temple on my Bose frame today.
it sounds like I’m going to just be out $300.
i am very disappointed to here Bose doesn’t have replace parts for these glasses. I have enjoyed having them, but will not be re purchasing another pair and will definitely not recommend them to family and friends.
