Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce

Playing music using iPhone music app. Frames power off after 5 minutes while playing. Set auto power off to never, still powers off. 

What environment do you experience the issue in? (e.g. noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)

Quiet, trying to sleep or relax

When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?

Recollect it did work correctly before. Does continue to work when watching video. 

Any troubleshooting steps you took

using Bose Connect, changed auto power off. Still shuts off.

Sorry to hear that you are having this issue! Usually this happens if your Frames needs firmware update.


To check for and install any available product updates. Visit and follow the instructions to ensure your product has the latest features and enhancements.
