Bose frames wont connect to Bose connect 8.1 app

When I received my frames, everyting was working great, but now the Connect app refuses to see the frames,

the frames do pair with bluetooth and work correctly.  I have tried resetting the app, uninstalling, clearing cache and data, unpairing bluetooth, restarting phone, holding the button for 10 seconds to clear bluetooth setting, but nothing work.

Please help.

Thank you for your valuable help.
I founded the solution, I connected my frames with an iPhone and selected the talk back again and then I reconnected with my android phone and it worked.
Bose need to resolve this isue with the android app.

Welcome to the community, I am very sorry that you are having connectivity issues with your Bose Frames. 

 

Have you tried connecting your frames to another Bluetooth device?

Also what is the make and model of the primary device you use for your Bose Frames?

Thank you for your fast replay.

The frames are working properly with the bluetooh, but wont connect to the bose connect app.

But is very strange because for 2 or 3 days after i received it did not have any isues

I have a Oneplus 3t

I would recommend updating the Firmware of the Frames and trying again

Thanks for posting in the community, I am sorry to hear that you are still experiencing issues with your Frame. I would recommend trying the Frames with another device to see if the same issue occurs.

I'm having the exact same issues. I've tried restarting my phone, uninstalling the app, clearing the cache, using a different phone, and restarting the device. I bought them today because they seemed great in store and until I turned off talk back it worked fine with the app.

Hello, thinking about it now, the problem also started when i turned off talk back too

As all the applicable troubleshooting steps have been exhausted, I would recommend that you contact Technical Support to explore further options. 

 

Global Contact Us > Select your country > Scroll to the bottom of the page > Click 'Contact Us'
