Can’t connect to siri

So I updated my iPhone to iOS 13.2 and Siri doesn’t seem to be working when clicking the button, any suggestions?

I am sorry to hear that you are having some issues communicating with Siri through your Bose Frames.

 

Have you been able to successfully use Siri before with the Frames?

Does Siri work directly with your iPhone?

What exactly is happening when you hold the action button?

When I hold the button on the frames it’ll play the sound when you activate Siri but won’t actually work when I try to say something. This doesn’t happen when I use it on my phone while connected to the frames, only when I press the button

Thanks for getting back in touch. 

 

Have you tried to unpair the Frames, then re-pair them to see if this helps to resolve the issue? 

 

Clear the Frames device list. 

 

1. Power on the frames

2. Press and hold the button on the right temple for 10 seconds until you hear “Bluetooth device list cleared,” and the status light slowly blinks white.

3. Delete your frames from the Bluetooth list on your device.
