Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce
Being a usual Bose user I never experienced any issues. However, this time I am quit disappointed.. indeed, I bought a pair of Rondo in the US and it recently stopped working. First the left side and then nothing was working. I tried to charge it the whole night but still nothing even though everything was up to date.
I heard that there is many defective pairs like mine. This is why I would like the Bose customer service to proceed to a replacement ASAP.
What environment do you experience the issue in? (e.g. noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)
When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?
