Defective Bose Rondo

Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce

 

 

Being a usual Bose user I never experienced any issues. However, this time I am quit disappointed.. indeed, I bought a pair of Rondo in the US and it recently stopped working. First the left side and then nothing was working. I tried to charge it the whole night but still nothing even though everything was up to date. 

 

I heard that there is many defective pairs like mine. This is why I would like the Bose customer service to proceed to a  replacement ASAP.

 

 

What environment do you experience the issue in? (e.g. noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)

 

When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?

 

Any troubleshooting steps you took

Thank you for taking the time to post and welcome to the Bose Community. I'm sorry to hear you're encountering an issue with your Rondo Frames, but I'd be happy to advise.

 

What color do you see the LED shows when you use your Frames? Has this disappeared also, along with audio? It's possible there may be an issue with your charging cable, has it been possible to try an alternative to check this?

 

If not, it may be worth reaching out to Bose support, to get hold of this and even discuss the available service options if things do not improve. The team will be happy to help and walk you through the process. Let me know what you try and how you get on!

Hi, this is alpir135. 

 

It's not the charger for sure I tested my charger on my friends frames and it's working. 

 

The LED on the frame is not turning on at all....
