Frames constantly disconnecting

My Tempo frames only 10 days old constantly disconnecting. I have spent 10 days following every instruction re installing the app checking firmware un pairing re pairing. Finally gave up and called Bose. These frames are great when they work but its hit and miss with mine so  they have gone back for exchange. I do hope the replacements are better as i bought spare lenses. 

Bose customer service is very good.
