I tried all the troubleshooting steps with no luck. I have the 9.0.1 version of the connect app and i am running android version 9. They pair directly to phone and with no issue, but the connect app cannot see the glasses.

So that I don't get you to repeat any steps can you please let me know which troubleshooting methods you have attempted so far? I would also like to know which Android device you are using?
Can you please test the Frames with another device as well as deleting and reinstalling the Bose Connect App to see if this resolves your issue? Please also power cycle your device to see if this makes any improvements at all.
