While I am using Bose frames to make an outgoing phone call the volume is very low and it’s not at all audible. I am using a iPhone 11 Pro Max. I am also using Bose connect app as well. There is no issue with the incoming phone call.

Have you connected the Frames to any other mobile devices and tested an outbound call, for reference? Please let me know if you're still noticing the call volume is low for outbound.
Also, have you tried rebooting your iPhone, and re-establishing a fresh connection to the Frames?
