Re: Product availabilty

Hi Robinbhat77,

Thank you for your post and coming back to us!

To resolve your volume level, make sure your volume is turned up on your source device. I would also recommend trying different music sources as this can also affect your volume.

To use Bose AR, you will need to update the firmware of the frames and the connect app to enable the functionality. I have included the link HERE which should give you more information on how the Bose AR functionality works.

Let us know how you get on or if you have any further questions. We would love to help.

Kindest,

Waiting for reply.

I just want to know as shown in a Youtube video that if there is a incoming call you can reject or accept that call by nodding your head. How to do that , is there any function in Bose frames?

Re: Product availabilty

Hi Robinbhat77,

Thanks for posting. I can only apologize in getting you a response.

However I can confirm that these functions can be utilized in 3rd party apps through Bose AR, they aren't a function that is directly available on the product.

Kind Regards,
