Replacement

Hello,

I have been enjoying Bose Frames since it has been introduced. It really changed my life because it set my ears free. But one thing has been my continuing concern about using it, because Bose Frames seems to have problem with power. I bought it from Best Buy with Geek Squad insurance, and I changed it for 5 times due to the power problem, which I have the problem again. Now, I inquired Bose Korea to get a replacement, because I am in Korea. Unfortunately, they don’t sell Bose Frames Alto Large but only small one. I am only allowed to get replacement to the small one. In this case, is there any way that I could get replacement for large one in Korea? Thank you!

They can't help you to service your products through this page.  You would be best to try and contact the US repairs/service email (visit the US site and try the "contact us" form.

 

Saying that for any geek squad insurance you probably need to be in the US.  I believe most Asia/Pacific countries don't have the large frames so you would have to go through the US support anyway.

I have also being trying to obtain a replacement for my frames after sound stopped working on one side. Being in australia, it is very difficult to obtain telephone support and email does not exist.  Eventually I obtained a real person on the phone , obtained a reverence number, returned my frames and after 2 months of getting new ticket numbers on the what’s app communication channel, I am no closer to receiving my replacement frames.

 

I would have preferred to have sound on one side than forfeit my frames without replacement. 

 

the Bose level of service is leaving a lot to be desired.

Thank you for this advice, 

 

I have again attempted to contact support and again frustrated by the Bose lack of assistance and communication.  It seems email confirmation or correspondence is not allowable by Bose . This is extremely frustrating as I am unable to verify conversations and  it appears as if my frames have been lost at the Bose warehouse. This is despite providing a tracking number.   

as you can imaging I am an unhappy and disappointed customer

It is disappointing that Bose continue to ignore my request and suggest that I have returned an empty parcel. As an officer of the Court, Justice of the Peace, it is somewhat offensive to have my integrity questioned,  especially when I have provided all tracking information and paid the express postage myself. It would appear as if my carefully wrapped in bubble wrap frames have been misplaced at the Bose warehouse. Consequently I no longer have any frames and no chance of replacement.  I have been forced to lodge a complaint with the Dept of Fair Trading and I urge all customers to photograph any returns as proof of sending.

I am a very disappointed long term Bose user
