Samsung A50 connectivity.
1) Phone requires a restart in order to reestablish a connection with a variety of Bose products ( hearphones, sunglasses, mini soundlink ). All devices are up to date. Same problem with my retired Samsung S-7. All connections have been wiped from memory and reconnected; 1 factory reset of phone.
2) Phone Bluetooth must be toggled Off/On for all incoming calls in order to achieve sufficient volume.

Do these two issue occur with all three of your products?
Have you tried any further troubleshooting with your Bose product? If so, do let us know what steps you have performed. Thanks for ensuring they are all up to date, this is a good first step to perform.
