Samsung connectivity

Samsung A50 connectivity.

1) Phone requires a restart in order to reestablish a connection with a variety of Bose products ( hearphones, sunglasses, mini soundlink ). All devices are up to date. Same problem with my retired Samsung S-7. All connections have been wiped from memory and reconnected; 1 factory reset of phone.

2) Phone Bluetooth must be toggled Off/On for all incoming calls in order to achieve sufficient volume.

Solution :

Wiping the cache partition ( as suggested by the Samsung community) has resolved the connectivity problem; at least for now.  The steps are listed below.
  • Switch off your Samsung Galaxy A50 device
  • Next, press and hold the Power button, and the Volume Up button for a while
  • Use the Volume up and down keys to highlight the wipe cache partition and to select the same use the Power button
  • Confirm by clicking Yes option
  • You have successfully wiped the cache partition on the Samsung Galaxy A50 device.
