Totally not working

Bose Frame Alto

Good day. Its been three weeks already that i cant use my Bose Frame. Its totally dead. I dont know what’s the reason. Bose show rooms(stores) from UAE are not available anymore. Is there any software or technical thing for this product? Need help.

Firstly, can you please let us know a little more about your issue. Can you please answer the following: 

  • Do you get any audio from the Frames at all? 
  • Do you see any LED's when charging the Frames? 
  • Are you able to update the Frames via our online updater
  • What troubleshooting have you attempted so far?
