The Bose Community Forum was launched at a time when robust online support was not available for Bose customers. my tim stopped working

 

 

Bose product name: Bose Frames Alto

 

Country: Brazil

 

Firmware Version: 2019

 

App Version: 16.0

 

What devices were you using that were affected and what version are they: iPhone 12 Pro Max

Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce: My glasses stopped working. It doesn't turn on and I can't recharge it either.

 

What environment do you experience the issue in? Glasses

 

When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?

Stopped working now. It always worked.

Any troubleshooting steps you took:

I tried reloading in several places and it didn't work.

I suggest that you try to update the firmware to resolve the issue.

Are you seeing an LED response on the Frames arm when you try to charge them? 
If they are showing no signs of powering on, then I do recommend that you contact the local support team. 

You can contact them on this number: 55-11-5041-8621 and their operating hours are 9:00am to 6:00pm BRT.

The amount they charged me to fix is ​​more expensive than a new pair of glasses. Disappointed with the product who bought it.
