What devices were you using that were affected and what version are they on (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S9 on Android 11, iPhone X on iOS14, etc.)

Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce

first started can not charge, although the led indicated full charge. But now even LED won't come on and can not connect to PC.

What environment do you experience the issue in? (e.g. noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)


When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?

one month ago, yes, before fine. I purchase 2 units, other one is still perfect

Any troubleshooting steps you 

different chargers, different cables... can not connect to do anything else!


We bought both frames from the US (seattle) and not staying in Taiwan and can not return (Covid)! Contacted Taiwan support but was informed that they CAN NOT do anything since Taiwan does not have this Model.. We always buy Bose because it is WORLD WIDE.. can not believe that you can not service this item in Taiwan. Please advice! Thanks!
