Bose gotta step it up

Been a big fan of Bose for a bout five years and recently joined this community. After several minutes of going through and reading many posts, it seems like the support that Bose provides for its users is really bad. This company makes great products, we all know it because we buy your products Bose! (Which are not cheap products) Come on Bose, at least put some effort in trying to help fix the many issues your users are having, or at least mitigate them with constant software updates and some sort of replacement programs for defective devices...something to keep the faith in people that you are a much better company compared to the rest of the competition.
